During your initial session the therapist will gather a thorough history of your life situation. You will be asked to discuss issues such as your family history, marital and relationship history, your history of past and current medical and mental issues, legal history, compulsive behaviors, and other issues that may be pertinent to your care.

Your therapist will assist you in establishing clear goals for counseling. We believe that having a clear plan and direction in mind will allow for your time spent to be productive and to resolve treatment issues.
These goals are for you and require your participation. We are simply helping you to achieve the goals that you have developed for yourself.

All the counselors at ABC are Licensed and or Certified in their discipline. Each has committed to continuing their education and meeting with one another to work as a team.
We meet weekly to discuss your care and offer suggestions that will assist you in the recovery process. Our Clinical Director, Renee Siegel, has been working in the areas of mental health and wellness for over 25 years. She has developed a comprehensive approach to Wellness that will allow you to anchor the lifestyle changes you are making.
ABC utilizes a variety of approaches to wellness. These approaches typically include recommendations that will enhance and stabilize your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual life that will guide you through your process.
